Rep. Meadows Congratulates 2018 Art Competition Winner

Washington, D.C. – The office of Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) would like to congratulate Rosalyn Mary White of Pisgah High School on winning the 2018 Congressional Art Competition for NC-11!

This year’s competition was an outstanding success, with 71 submissions overall from 47 different students across the 11th Congressional District. The winning entry, Hands in Motion, was done by Pisgah High School’s Rosalyn Mary White—art student of Dustin Keyes. We’d also like to specially thank our wonderful judges, Yona Wade, Jill Stepp, and Eugenie Fein, for their incredible work in the competition!
